Keep your workouts shorter
Personally I think to many people spend far to much time working out!
Are you someone who exercises for an hour or more??
Basically, unless your a professional athlete, or someone training with a specfic fitness goal such as a marathon, or long distance cycling race for example.
Keep your workouts shorter!!
Aim for 25-45 minute sessions max, and work more intensely with variety.
My personal workout sessions are 40 minutes for myself, sometimes only 20 minutes, in and out, train hard, efficiently and with purpose, stop wasting your time in the gym,
do what you have too,
and then go live your life.
